WORKSHOP

Make your business model sustainable!

Make your business model sustainable!

On the one hand, your business model determines the benefits of your offering for your target groups, and on the other, the revenue models with which you earn money. You can design both in very different ways. An adjustment is often necessary if things are not going so well or if you have already made your products more sustainable and they change or become more expensive as a result. You can compensate for this with a “new” benefit or more suitable revenue models.

In our workshop, we will show you in a very practical way how you can rethink your business model – with a clear focus on innovation and sustainability. Together with our experts and other participants, you will work in a very concrete and practical way to make your business future-proof and successful. It’s best to register now!

What is the program based on?
