Terms and Conditions for  Hybrid Workshops and Mentoring for the Accelerator Program

The program is brought to you by Good Future Business GesbR.

Participation in the program shall be reserved to the company and participants originally registered. Participant substitutions or changes to other lab dates shall not be allowed in general.

Payment:

For participation in the Accelerator Program, the participant commits to a total fee of €3,200 (Euros), payable in two segments:

  • The invoice for the initial payment of the program fee, amounting to 60% (€1,920), will be issued two days after the transfer of funds from the funding authoriy into your bank account. This change aims to better synchronize with the timing of your fund receipt. Once you receive the invoice, you will have a 7-day window to complete the payment.
  • The subsequent payment of 40% (€1,280) becomes due following the conclusion of Lab 7 „Shine“, with payment expected within 14 days after the final session. Specific payment instructions will be shared separately.

Should a participant discontinue the Accelerator Program or not fulfill necessary milestones, they remain obligated to settle the outstanding amount, ensuring the total fee of €3,200 is paid in full.

Late payments will incur penalties as stipulated by Austrian legislation pertaining to „Verzugszinsen“. The exact rate will align with the prevailing legal standards in Austria.

The participation fee shall be refundable as follows:

• up to 4 weeks before the 1st day of the program: 100% of participation fee
• up to 2 weeks before the 1st day of the program: 50% of participation fee
• less than 2 weeks before the 1st day of the program: no refund

Execution of the Accelerator Program:

The Accelerator Program will be conducted in a hybrid format, including both face-to-face and online sessions. Mentoring sessions will be exclusively conducted online.

The Accelerator Program will include online sessions conducted via Zoom. The Participant agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions of Zoom for the duration of the program.

All best efforts will be made to ensure that the program take place on the advertised date and time. In the event that this is not possible, an alternative date/time will be scheduled. If face-to-face execution is not possible due to Corona restriction the labs will be executed online and you will be informed accordingly by the team. In the event that one or more of the advertised facilitators or mentors are unable to facilitate the program such team member shall be replaced by Good Future Business GesbR.

Content and features may be added to or withdrawn from the program at Good Future Business GesbR’s discretion.

Unless otherwise indicated, the facilitators own copyright in the content, materials and tools presented, referenced and shared during the program and in preparation for it. The program is to be attended by the authorized participant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded, reproduced or distributed.

It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the facilities which comply with the technical requirements specified for the online sessions. Good Future Business GesbR shall not be held liable or have any obligation towards the participants to refund the participation fee or otherwise, should the virtual program delivery be disrupted due to issues with the functionality of the virtual training facility or internet service provider experienced by the participants or the presenters.

The virtual training facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the virtual program session to be recorded. By joining a session, each participant consents to such recordings and confirms his/her understanding and consent that Good Future Business GesbR owns copyright in such recordings and is free to use it or any part of it at its discretion.

It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she does not include confidential, personal or other proprietary information in their submissions during the program.

Good Future Business GesbR shall not be liable for any damages of any kind in any way resulting from or arising in connection with the program or the failure to provide the program.

Copyright:

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service Provider, mentors, and facilitators during the program own copyright in the content, materials, and tools presented, referenced, and shared during the program and in preparation for it. The program is to be attended by the authorized participant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded, reproduced, or distributed.

 Data Protection:

The Service Provider will process personal data provided by the Participant in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The Participant agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of the Accelerator Program.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Delivery of the program and relationship between Good Future Business GesbR and the participants shall be governed by Austrian law without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any and all claims, causes of action or disputes arising out of or relating to the program or the relationship between Good Future Business GesbR and the participants, shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vienna, Austria.
